En los últimos años se han desarrollado numerosos proyectos en donde se recrea y da vida a edificios industriales, viejos almacenes o graneros. Acabados rústicos como las paredes de ladrillo, elementos estructurales a la vista como vigas y columnas de acero o mobiliario con una estética claramente inspirada en lo industrial, es lo que nos encontramos en este tipo de viviendas.

Rustic finishes such as brick walls, structural view as steel beams and columns or furniture with an aesthetic clearly inspired by the industrial elements, is what we found in this type of housing.

El estilo industrial es frecuente para la decoración de lofts y edificios antiguos convertidos actualmente en viviendas. También se puede emplear en apartamentos y casas tradicionales. Todo lo que se necesita es crear superficies brutas y ásperas, en ocasiones inacabadas, emplear materiales como el hormigón ya que aporta ese toque industrial e introducir elementos metálicos que consiguen recrear este tipo de ambiente.

The industrial style is frequent for decorating lofts and old buildings now converted into flats. It can also be used in apartments and traditional houses. All that is needed is to create raw and rough, sometimes unfinished surfaces, use materials such as concrete as it provides the industrial feel and introduce metallic elements that manage to recreate this environment.

LA ISLA BONITA

Si se dispone del espacio suficiente para colocarlas, las islas de cocina se convierten en un elemento único y práctico dando a la vez un toque moderno a la vivienda.

Hay que hacer un estudio del espacio del que disponemos, la isla debe dejar suficiente espacio para poder circular alrededor de ella con amplitud. La distancia ideal es de un metro entre la isla y el resto de los muebles. Es por ello que este tipo de complementos son sólo aptos para cocinas grandes o cocinas de un tamaño medio en el que la isla tendrá un tamaño inferior y no lucirá tanto.

El estudio de la iluminación en un proyecto de interiorismo supone un mejor aprovechamiento de la luz natural y un uso adecuado de las fuentes de luz artificial. Un correcto equilibrio entre el tipo y la cantidad de luz que recibe un espacio consigue trasformar el modo en que éste se percibe, realzando o atenuando la decoración, pudiendo intensificar el valor de los elementos decorativos como muebles, textiles o elementos estructurales propios de la estancia.
